Ripple Gown


Ripple Gown E, F or G HookBaby Yarn or Sport Yarn **(Please remember that different yarns, different size hooks and also depending on your tension this pattern will come out to different sizes.) Chain 49Row 1.) SC in each CH across (48), CH 2, turn Row 2.) SK first st * DC in next st, 5 DC in next st, DC in next st, SK next 2 st * repeat across ending with SK 1 st, DC in last st. CH 2, turn. (9 Chevrons patterns made.) Row 3.) SK first st * DC in next 2 st, 3 DC in next st, DC in next 2 st, SK next 2 st * repeat across ending with SK 1 st, DC in top of turning CH. CH 2, turn.(increases will always be in center st.) Rows 4-7.) Repeat rows 2 & 3(skipping the first dc, dc to center st for increase)Row 8.) (Sleeve row) SK first st, DC in next 4 st, 5 DC in next st, DC in next 4 st, SK next 24 st, * DC in next 4 st, 5 DC in next st, DC in next 4 st, SK next 2 * repeat for 2 more Chevrons, at the end of the third chevron SK 24 instead of 2, then DC in next 4 st, 5 DC in next st, DC in next 4 st, SK next st, DC in top of turning CH, CH 2, turn. (You should have one Chevron in back, 2 chevrons for sleeve, 3 chevrons for front, 2 chevrons for sleeve and one chevron for back.)Rows 9-14.) Repeat Rows 3 & 2Rows 15-21.)
